We recognized that professional and exacting quality control is the key element in ensuring your customer come back again and again . To achieve this , based on the product specification and QC standard we developed during the engineering reviewing process , we look at each product from below five perspectives :

Regulatory -- Any regulatory issues either in China or the destination places ( such as Lead Free , RoHS , Energy Star requirement etc…)

Durability --- What will the product need to withstand in its normal life cycle ? Is the package going to protect the product during the shipping ?

Safety -- Is the product safe to consumers? will it pass all the necessary safety regulations ( such as UL , CUL , CE , etc…)

Functionality -- Will the product perform in a functional way ? Will it perform well in the environment where it will be used ?

Cosmetics--- Is the product cosmetically acceptable ? Does it match the original design ? Is the plating finish scratched ? Is the package good ? the spelling is right ?

Depend on customer's need, Our QC inspections is carried out in any of the following stages :

•  Pre-manufacturing evaluation –Clear understand the product specification .

•  During Production –we supervise quality through the whole flow of production activities , from material receiving, to parts production , to finishing , to packaging and shipping .

•  Prior to shipment check –Warehouse final product inspection before shipping

We work with customer to define 3 quality fault levels : Critical , Major and Minor

Sample Sizes

We determinate QC levels and sample size depend on Production volume , Value of product and Complexity of product , We typically work on 3 QC levels based on customer's requirement : Standard , Enlarged and Total (100% inspection ) .
